1.Shipments can be FOB any China port ,mainly from Ningbo port or Shanghai port and can be CIF or CFR any port in the world as long as shipping lines go there 。 |

2.Orders can be LCL cargo basis or FCL basis, our suggestion to customer is trying to buy at least one 20 feet container, in that case order will be more safe and easy to be handled。 |

|
|
3.Minimum order quantity for one item is 10 cartons, value is USD300.00 or so per item。 |
|
|
|
4.There are large variety of merchandise to be choosed and to buy in mix-container-load, however, Tonoch Audio suggests one 20 feet container can be mixed no more than 50 items, one 40 feet container can be mixed no more than 100 items. |

|
5.The first order shipment time is 45 days,re-order products delivery time is 30 days,regular
order(example have order per month for the same products) is in 20 days |
|

|
6.Payment term can be： |
- 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance against B/L.
- L/C at sight.
- In case some clients want L/C30 days, L/C 60days, or L/C 90 days term, we will try to accept but we will charge 1%, 2% and 3% more on the price.
